Originally conceived and presented as a performance art piece "Blk Halos" is an exploration of contemporary Black identity built on and in honor of Black ancestral legacy. The musical expression of "Blk Halos" is a collaboration between Dea Jenkins, producer Alan Hampton, and performers Phil Allen and Mark Fields.
