Workshops & Speaking
Rooted in decolonial and faith-informed frameworks, I design interactive workshops for small and large groups that invite dialogue, reflection, and embodied making. Through this work, I engage communities in acts of remembrance, transformation, and creative liberation.
My work explores a central question: How do creative processes facilitate healing and enable human flourishing—both individually and collectively?
I believe that creative practice is more than personal expression. It is an opportunity to practice different ways of being together. When we make things with our hands in community, we are not just creating art—we are generating opportunities for transformation.

What I Offer
Creative Rituals for Transitions
Embodied practices for navigating liminal spaces—whether in careers, relationships, identity, or organizational change. These workshops help groups honor what was, sit with uncertainty, and practice moving toward what is emerging.
Collective Healing Through Making
Interactive sessions that use creative modalities (visual art, textile work, writing, movement) to process shared experiences, build connection, and restore agency. These workshops are particularly powerful for communities navigating grief, conflict, or systemic change.
Designing for Flourishing
Workshops that help organizations and communities move beyond symptom management toward genuine thriving. Drawing on research at the intersection of psychology, theology, and the arts, these sessions explore how different ways of knowing enable different dimensions of flourishing.
Faith & Creativity
(Optional framing for faith communities)
For churches, spiritual communities, and faith-based organizations seeking to integrate creative practice with spiritual formation. These sessions honor diverse theological traditions while exploring creativity as a path to meaning, healing, and collective transformation.
Custom Workshop Design
Every context is different. I design workshops tailored to your organization's specific challenges, questions, and goals—whether you're navigating transition, seeking deeper connection, or exploring new ways of working together.
